DundeeWealth Inc.

DundeeWealth Inc. is a financial services holding company that is 49.1% owned by Dundee Corporation (62.5% voting interest). Following a 2007 sale of treasury shares, the Bank of Nova Scotia holds an 18% interest in DundeeWealth Inc. Its major asset is its investment management business, with assets under management of $38.8 billion at March 31, 2010, including $29 billion in mutual funds and portfolios marketed under the Dynamic brand. As of the end of May 2010, the mutual fund operation was the eighth largest in Canada in terms of assets under management. DundeeWealth Inc. also owns a brokerage operation that includes a network of retail financial advisors, with more than $25 billion in assets under administration, and a capital markets investment dealer operation.
