The Notes are backed by a portfolio of fixed-rate, amortizing, secured vehicle loans and unsecured home equipment sales finance loans granted to private individuals domiciled in France and serviced by CA Consumer Finance (commercial name changed to CA Personal Finance & Mobility in May 2024). The transaction has no exposure to balloon payments or residual value and only replenishes or substitutes home equipment loans during the revolving period.
