Summary
Master Credit Card Trust collateral previously consisted of credit card receivables originated by Bank of Montreal. Following an assignment and assumption agreement dated September 28, 2012, the Trust no longer has interest in the collateral and Master Credit Card Trust II becomes a co-obligor of the outstanding notes of the Trust until the legal maturity of the notes.
