DISH Network Corporation (formerly EchoStar Communications Corporation) is the second largest direct-to-home satellite TV provider in the United States, with more than 13.6 million subscribers and a fleet of 14 satellites (owned and leased). Charles Ergen owns nearly half of the equity and controls nearly three-quarters of the voting power.
