Summary
The Fund has an indirect equity investment in EIPLP. EIPLP, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, is involved in the generation, transportation and storage of energy through its liquids transportation and storage business; its 50% interest in the Canadian and U.S. segments of the Alliance Pipeline, which transports natural gas; and its interests in renewable power generation assets in Canada.
