Dominion Bond Rating Service (“DBRS”) has today released a report on Cingular Wireless II, LLC – a wholly owned subsidiary of Cingular Wireless LLC. This report supports the recent trend change to Stable from Negative and the confirmation of Cingular Wireless II, LLC at A (low) on April 11, 2006.
