DBRS Discontinues Agricore United Ratings

DBRS has removed the ratings of Agricore United (Agricore or the Company) from Under Review with Developing Implications and subsequently discontinued the ratings of the Company’s Senior Debt, Long-Term Debt, Senior A, B Notes, and Series A Convertible Preferred Shares. These actions follow Saskatchewan Wheat Pool Inc.’s acquisition of Agricore and its subsequent repayment of all long-term debt and convertible preferred shares.
