DBRS today discontinued the rating on the GMAC Mortgage Servicer Advance Funding Company Ltd., Series 2010-1 issued by GMAC Mortgage Servicer Advance Funding Company Ltd. Noteholders of the following class have been fully repaid:

-- Advance Receivables Backed Notes, Series 2010-1, Class A Notes previously rated at AAA (sf) are now rated Disc- Repaid
