Fortis Bank (Nederland) N.V.: DBRS Discontinues Rating on Fortis Bank Covered Bond Programme

DBRS has today discontinued the provisional rating assigned to the Fortis Bank (Nederland) (FBN) Covered Bond Programme, Series 1 (the Covered Bonds). The assignment of final ratings was contingent upon the receipt of final documents conforming to information already received. As the Covered Bonds transaction did not close and the final documents were not received by DBRS, the rating has been withdrawn.
