DBRS Releases European CMBS Rating Methodology

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) has released its European CMBS Rating Methodology following its request for comment period. No material changes were made.

The methodology provides greater transparency to the ratings process by outlining to market participants the principal criteria DBRS applies when rating European CMBS transactions.
