DBRS Maintains AA Rating of Chevron Corporation and Discontinues Ratings of Chevron Subsidiaries and Chevron Commercial Paper

DBRS has today maintained the Senior Unsecured Notes and Debentures rating of Chevron Corporation (Chevron) at AA with a Stable trend. DBRS has concurrently discontinued the Senior Unsecured Notes and Debentures ratings of Chevron Canada Funding Company (CFCC) and Chevron Funding Corporation (CFC) and the Commercial Paper ratings of Chevron and CFC.

DBRS notes that the action to discontinue the above-noted ratings is unrelated to the credit profile of Chevron, CFCC and/or CFC.
