DBRS Releases PPP Summary on Santé Montréal Collectif SEC/Health Montréal Collective LP

DBRS has today published a PPP Summary on Health Montréal Collective Limited Partnership/ Société en Commandite Santé Montréal Collectif, the special purpose entity contracted by the Centre Hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal to design, build, finance, maintain and rehabilitate a new 280,000 square metre hospital in Montréal under a 38.8-year project agreement.

DBRS has assigned a provisional rating of BBB (high) with a Stable trend to the issuer’s proposed senior secured bonds.
