DBRS Assigns Rating of AA to Total Capital Canada’s New Issue

DBRS has today assigned a rating of AA with a Stable trend to the proposed SEK 600 million 3.625% Euro medium-term notes issue of Total Capital Canada Ltd. maturing on July 13, 2016. The issue is expected to settle on July 13, 2011.

The notes are guaranteed by Total S.A. and rank equally with all of Total Capital Canada Ltd.’s other senior unsecured bonds and debentures.
