DBRS Releases PPP Summary on Hospital Infrastructure Partners (NOH) Partnership

DBRS has today published a PPP Summary on Hospital Infrastructure Partners (NOH) Partnership, the special-purpose entity created to design, build, finance and maintain a new 1.8 million square foot hospital facility in Oakville, Ontario, under a 34-year project agreement with Halton Healthcare Services Corporation.

DBRS today finalized its provisional rating of A (low) with a Stable trend on the issuer’s senior secured bonds.
