DBRS Takes Rating Actions on Avis Budget Rental Car Funding (AESOP) LLC

These confirmations are provided as a result of the termination of Series 2008-1 and the extension and increase in the commitment amount for Series 2010-6. DBRS also reviewed the recent performance of the trust and determined performance has been stable and in line with expectations.
