DBRS Launches Public-Private Partnership Fact Sheet

DBRS has today launched its public-private partnership (PPP) fact sheet. The first of its kind, the fact sheet provides an overview of the key factors defining the construction and service phases and, ultimately, the ratings of the Canadian PPPs rated by DBRS, including complexity of projects, construction risk mitigation packages, revenue sources, major reserves and financial metrics.
