DBRS Releases Report on Plenary Properties LTAP LP

DBRS has today released a report on Plenary Properties LTAP LP (ProjectCo), the special-purpose entity created to design, build, finance, maintain and provide IT and lifecycle services to the Communications Security Establishment Canada Long-Term Accommodation Project under a 33.5-year Project Agreement with the Government of Canada as represented by Defence Construction Canada (1951) Ltd. The report provides further detail on the recent confirmation of ProjectCo’s Short-Term Senior Bonds and Long-Term Senior Bonds at “A” with Stable trends.
