DBRS Releases PPP Summary on 407 East Development Group

DBRS has today published a PPP Summary on 407 East Development Group, the special-purpose entity created to design, build, finance, maintain and perform lifecycle obligations on the Highway 407 east extension under a 33.6-year project agreement with the Province of Ontario.

DBRS has assigned a provisional rating of A (low) with a Stable trend to the issuer’s proposed short- and long-term senior bonds.
