DBRS Assigns AA Rating to Total Capital International’s New Issue

DBRS has today assigned a rating of AA with a Stable trend to the USD 1.5 billion 1.55% senior unsecured notes issue of Total Capital International S.A. maturing on June 28, 2017.

The notes are guaranteed by Total S.A. and rank equally with all of Total Capital International S.A.’s other senior unsecured bonds and debentures.
