DBRS Assigns Rating of AA to Total Capital International’s New Issue

DBRS has today assigned a rating of AA with a Stable trend to the NOK 600 million 2.25% Senior Unsecured Notes (the Notes) issue of Total Capital International S.A. maturing on July 11, 2016.

The Notes are guaranteed by Total S.A. and rank equally with all of Total Capital International S.A.’s other senior unsecured bonds and debentures.
