DBRS Assigns Rating of AA to Total Capital International’s New Issues

DBRS has today assigned a rating of AA with a Stable trend to the following Total Capital International S.A. new Senior Unsecured Notes (the Notes) issuances:

(1) USD 500 million 0.75% Notes maturing on January 25, 2016.

(2) USD 1 billion 2.7% Notes maturing on January 25, 2023.

The Notes are guaranteed by Total S.A. and rank equally with all of Total Capital International S.A.’s other senior unsecured bonds and debentures.
