DBRS Assigns Rating of AA to Total Capital International S.A.’s New Issue

DBRS has today assigned a rating of AA with a Stable trend to the $100 million Senior Unsecured Notes (the Notes) issue of Total Capital International S.A. maturing on December 7, 2017.

The Notes, which are guaranteed by Total S.A. and rank equally with all of Total Capital International S.A.’s existing senior unsecured bonds and debentures, are expected to settle December 7, 2012.
