DBRS Withdraws Berkadia’s U.S. Servicer Evaluations of Superior

DBRS has today withdrawn the Superior evaluations of Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC’s (Berkadia or the Company) Primary Mortgage Servicing and Master Mortgage Servicing capabilities in the United States. DBRS notes that the withdrawal of the servicer evaluations was taken at the request of the Company and is not reflective of DBRS’s views of Berkadia as a servicer.

DBRS will continue to monitor the servicing performance of Berkadia as part of our regular operational risk and CMBS surveillance process.
