DBRS Discontinues Counterparty Rating on SCBCTA (TransLink)

DBRS has today discontinued the Counterparty Rating on South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority (SCBCTA) as it has been superseded by SCBCTA’s Issuer Rating.
