DBRS Finalizes Provisional Ratings on Navient Private Education Loan Trust 2015-A

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has today finalized the provisional ratings on the following classes of notes issued by Navient Private Education Loan Trust 2015-A:

• Floating Rate Class A-1 Notes rated AAA (sf)
• Fixed Rate Class A-2A Notes rated AAA (sf)
• Floating Rate Class A-2B Notes rated AAA (sf)
• Floating Rate Class A-3 Notes rated AAA (sf)
• Fixed Rate Class B Notes rated AA (low) (sf)

The collateral backing the transaction consists of private student loans that were made and underwritten under various loan programs affiliated with Navient. The private student loans are not guaranteed or reinsured under the Federal Family Education Loan Program, or under any other federal student loan program, or otherwise insured by any private third-party insurance provider.
