DBRS Notes Calloway REIT Name Change

DBRS Limited (DBRS) today notes that Calloway Real Estate Investment Trust has changed its legal name to Smart Real Estate Investment Trust (SmartREIT).

The name change follows SmartREIT’s announcement to acquire substantially all of SmartCentres’ assets (see DBRS press release dated April 16, 2015).

The name change will have no impact on the existing Senior Unsecured Debenture rating.
