DBRS Publishes Updated European CMBS Surveillance Methodology

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) has today published an updated CMBS methodology entitled “European CMBS Surveillance.” This supersedes the previous methodology, which was published on 24 September 2014.

The changes overall are not substantive, and DBRS has determined that no rating changes or rating actions were caused by the publication of this methodology.
