DBRS Releases Report on the Series 1 Senior Secured Amortizing Notes issued by Trillium Windpower, LP

DBRS Limited (DBRS) has today released a report on Trillium Windpower, LP that provides further detail on the recent confirmation of the rating.

The debt service coverage ratios (DSCR) as calculated by DBRS that were noted in the press release dated December 15, 2015, have since been updated. The DSCR was 1.60 times (x) for 2014 and for the first three quarters of 2015 it was 1.30x. Each ratio is 0.02x higher than previously noted.
