DBRS Discontinues Rating on Asset-Backed Securitisation Transaction Four S.r.l. Class A Notes

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) has today discontinued the rating on the Class A Notes (the Notes) issued by Asset-Backed Securitisation Transaction Four S.r.l.

The rating action reflects the payment in full of the Notes on 10 February 2016.

The remaining balance of the Notes prior to the payment in full was €13,779,081.00, and the rating was AAA (sf).

This rating action is derived from an acknowledgement of fact. DBRS conducted no analysis.
