DBRS Discontinues Ratings on the Class A2a and A2b Notes Issued by 2014 Popolare Bari SME S.R.L.

Structured Credit
January 10, 2017

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) has today discontinued its AAA (sf) ratings on the Class A2a and A2b Notes (the Notes) issued by 2014 Popolare Bari SME S.R.L.

This rating action reflects the payment in full of the Notes as of the last payment date, 2 January 2017.

The remaining balance of the Notes before the payment in full was:

-- EUR 8,370,432.00 for the Class A2a Notes
-- EUR 1,053,279.36 for the Class A2b Notes

DBRS continues to rate the Class B Notes in the same transaction. Please refer to www.dbrs.com for more information.

Notes:
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.

The principal methodology applicable is: “Rating CLOs Backed by Loans to European SMEs”.

In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.

Other methodologies referenced in this transaction are listed at the end of this press release.
