DBRS Publishes Updated European CMBS Rating and Surveillance Methodology

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) has today updated its “European CMBS Rating and Surveillance Methodology”. The Methodology, effective as of the date of this press release, supersedes any previously available methodologies.

The update combines the previous European CMBS rating and surveillance methodologies into one document. Other changes primarily consist of edits and additions to better reflect current practices in the European commercial real estate and CMBS markets. No material changes have been made to the Methodology, and as a result, no outstanding ratings will be impacted.
