DBRS Publishes Updated Principal Protected Market-Linked Securities Methodology

DBRS Limited and DBRS, Inc. have today published an updated version of its methodology, “DBRS Criteria: Rating Principal Protected Market-Linked Securities.” This update supersedes the previous version published in March 2016 (and was entitled “Rating Market-Linked Securities”). While certain details have been clarified in this methodology, changes overall are not substantive and DBRS has determined that no ratings have changed as a result of these updates.
