DBRS Discontinues the Issuer Rating of Hydro One Brampton Networks Inc.

DBRS Limited (DBRS) has today discontinued the Issuer Rating of Hydro One Brampton Networks Inc. (HOBNI or the Company). The rating is being discontinued at the request of the Company following the acquisition of HOBNI by Alectra Inc. on February 28, 2017. DBRS notes that the discontinuation of the rating is unrelated to the credit risk profile of the Company.
