DBRS Publishes Updated Rating Public-Private Partnerships Methodology

DBRS has today published an updated version of the methodology “Rating Public-Private Partnerships.” This update supersedes the previous version published in March 2016 and is available for use by DBRS analysts in Canada and the United States. Overall, while certain details have been clarified in the methodology (including adjustments to the rating grids at the end of the methodology to better align with the text), the changes are not substantive, and DBRS has determined that no ratings have changed as a result of these updates.
