DBRS Discontinues Rating on Class A1 Notes Issued by Berica ABS 2 S.r.l.
RMBSDBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) has today discontinued the rating on the Class A1 Notes issued by Berica ABS 2 S.r.l. (the Issuer).
The discontinuation reflects the full redemption of the Class A1 Notes on 28 February 2017. The remaining balance and rating prior to the full redemption of the Class A1 Notes were as follows:
-- EUR 14,660,648.38 Class A1 Notes, previously rated AAA (sf)
DBRS continues to rate the Class A2 Notes in the same transaction. Please refer to www.dbrs.com for more information.
Notes:
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.
The principal methodology applicable to the rating is the “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology.”
In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
