DBRS Publishes Updated European RMBS Insight Spanish Addendum

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) has today published its “European RMBS Insight Spanish Addendum” (the Methodology). The Methodology presents the criteria on which Spanish residential mortgage-backed securities ratings — and, where relevant, covered bonds ratings — are based.

The Methodology is effective as of 5 May 2017.

The publication follows DBRS’s recently conducted review of its methodology. The review concluded no material changes were necessary and no rating actions will be taken on any related outstanding ratings. DBRS has not published a request for comment.
