DBRS Discontinues the Rating on the Senior Loan Issued by Bumper NL B.V.
AutoDBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) has today discontinued the rating on the Senior Loan issued by Bumper NL B.V.
The discontinuation reflects the full redemption of the Senior Loan on 11 July 2017 as a result of the Seller’s exercising its Seller Termination Option. The remaining balance and rating of the Senior Loan prior to the full redemption were as follows:
-- EUR 400,000,000.00 Senior Loan, previously rated AAA (sf).
Notes:
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.
The principal methodology applicable to the rating is the “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology.”
In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
