Press Release

DBRS Discontinues Rating on Class A1 Notes Issued by Belgian Lion NV/SA-Compartment Belgian Lion RMBS II

RMBS
September 13, 2017

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) discontinued the AAA (sf) rating on the Class A1 notes issued by Belgian Lion NV/SA-Compartment Belgian Lion RMBS II.

The discontinuation reflects the repayment in full of the Class A1 notes at the payment date on 25 August 2017. The remaining balance of the Class A1 notes before the payment in full was EUR 48,511,424.00.

DBRS continues to rate the Class A2 notes in the same transaction. Please refer to www.dbrs.com for more information.

Notes:
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.

The principal methodology applicable to the rating is: “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.

In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.

Other methodologies referenced in this transaction are listed at the end of this press release.

These may be found on www.dbrs.com at: http://www.dbrs.com/about/methodologies.
