On 27 December 2017, DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) assigned a rating of A (sf ) to the Class A notes (the senior notes) issued by Dyret SPV S.r.l. (the issuer), in the context of a securitisation transaction established on 23 May 2014 and designed to follow the standard structure under Italian securitisation law (the transaction). The issuer is a special-purpose vehicle with limited liability (società a responsabilità limtata or s.r.l.), incorporated under Italian law.
