ELFI Graduate Loan Program 2018-A LLC: Rating Report

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) finalized its provisional ratings on the following classes of notes (collectively, the Notes) issued by ELFI Graduate Loan Program 2018-A LLC (ELFI 2018-A):

-- $24,784,000 Class A-1 Notes at AAA (sf)
-- $158,650,000 Class A-2 Notes at AAA (sf)
-- $16,566,000 Class B Notes at A (sf)

The $200 million ELFI 2018-A transaction represents the first securitization of refinanced student loans originated by SouthEast Bank (the Bank).
