New Residential Mortgage Loan Trust 2018-4: Rating Report

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) finalized its provisional ratings on certain classes of New Residential Mortgage Loan Trust 2018-4 (NRMLT 2018-4 or the Trust), a securitization of a seasoned portfolio of performing and re-performing first-lien residential mortgages funded by the issuance of mortgage-backed notes (the Notes). In addition, DBRS has assigned new ratings to certain Notes issued by the Trust as detailed in the Ratings table above. The Notes are backed by 3,356 loans with a total principal balance of $599,699,369 as of the Cut-Off Date.
