DBRS Limited (DBRS) assigned a provisional rating of BBB (low) with a Stable trend to the proposed $220.7 million TIFIA Loan to be raised by San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA) under the Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (TIFIA) program to partially fund an expansion of approximately ten miles of the Interstate 10 (I-10) highway in San Bernardino, California (the Project). The Project will have two tolled lanes and four general-purpose lanes in each direction.
