DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) finalized its provisional ratings on J.P. Morgan Mortgage Trust 2019-5 (JPMMT 2019-5), a securitization of a portfolio of first-lien, fixed-rate, prime residential mortgages funded by the issuance of the Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2019-5 (the Certificates). The Certificates are backed by 923 loans with a total principal balance of $636,423,931 as of the Cut-Off Date (June 1, 2019).
