DBRS Publishes Updated Rating U.S. Equipment Lease and Loan Securitizations Methodology

DBRS published an updated version of its “Rating U.S. Equipment Lease and Loan Securitizations” methodology (the Methodology).

DBRS has conducted a periodic review of the Methodology. No material changes to the Methodology were made. The changes are designed to (1) update industry overview and streamline the methodology, (2) clarify certain points and/or better describe the process and (3) update section discussing operational risk review to make it consistent with recently published methodologies. Accordingly, no ratings are expected to change as a result of this update.

This update supersedes the previous version published on September 27, 2018, and is effective as of July 12, 2019.
