DBRS Publishes Updated European Structured Finance Rating Methodology and Reverse Mortgage Appendix

DBRS published an updated version of its “Rating European Structured Finance Transactions Methodology” (the methodology) and an updated appendix to the methodology titled, “European Reverse Mortgages”.

DBRS has conducted a periodic review of the methodology and the appendix. No material changes to the methodology and appendix were made. Accordingly, no ratings are expected to change as a result of this update.

These updates supersede the previous versions published on 20 November 2018 and are effective as of 7 August 2019.
