The mortgage loans in FT RMBS Prado VIII were originated by Unión de Créditos Inmobiliarios, S.A. E.F.C. Proceeds from the issuance of the Class A, Class Z, Class B, and Class C Notes will be used to purchase a portfolio of first-lien mortgages secured over residential properties located in Spain.
