(DBRS Morningstar) finalized its provisional ratings on Velocity Commercial Capital Loan Trust 2021-2, a securitization of a portfolio of newly originated fixed- and adjustable-rate, first-lien residential mortgages collateralized by investor properties with one to four units (residential investor loans) and small-balance commercial mortgages collateralized by various types of commercial, multifamily rental, and mixed-use properties.
