DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) confirmed the Series 1 Asset-Backed Commercial Paper Notes, Class Maple and Series 1 Asset-Backed Commercial Paper Notes, Class Oak issued by Pure Grove Funding (PGF); the Series 1 Asset-Backed Commercial Paper Notes issued by Storm King Funding (SKF); and the Series 1 Asset-Backed Commercial Paper Notes issued by Plaza Trust (together with PGF and SKF, the Trusts) at R-1 (high) (sf). The rating confirmations are pursuant to the inclusion of a new transaction (Transaction 516) to the Trusts on June 30, 2023.
