Kinetic Advantage Master Owner Trust, Series 2024-1: Rating Report

DBRS, Inc. (Morningstar DBRS) finalized its provisional credit ratings on the notes issued by Kinetic Advantage Master Owner Trust, Series 2024-1 (KAMOT 2024-1) as listed. The KAMOT 2024-1 transaction represents the inaugural term securitization of Kinetic Advantage, LLC's (Kinetic) wholesale receivables. The KAMOT 2024-1 trust assets include receivables originated in connection with the purchase and financing by motor vehicle dealers. Funds are advanced by Kinetic and are used mainly by independent dealers to purchase used car, truck, and utility vehicles.
