DBRS Ratings GmbH (Morningstar DBRS) assigned provisional credit ratings to the EUR 142.10 million Class A Asset-Backed Floating Rate Notes (the Class A Notes), the EUR 18.40 million Class B Asset-Backed Floating Rate Notes (the Class B Notes), the EUR 13.00 million Class C Asset-Backed Floating Rate Notes (the Class C Notes), the EUR 2.00 million Class D Asset-Backed Floating Rate Notes (the Class D Notes), and the EUR 7.00 million Class X Asset-Backed Floating Rate Notes to be issued by Brignole CQ 2024 S.r.l. (the Issuer).
